The Fund will invest in secured debentures to increase safety.

The Fund aims to generate regular/recurring income which will be distributed to Unit holders on a quarterly basis or earlier as per the investment strategy decided by the Investment Manager.

The Fund is sponsored by Amulya Corporation Private Limited, (“Sponsor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited (“Everstone Capital”). Everstone Capital is the investment manager and sub-advisor to managers of international private equity funds and real estate funds (as set out in the section The Investment Manager and the Sponsor). ECAPL also owns 50% in Indospace Capital Advisors Private Limited, Indian sub-advisor to investment managers of international industrial real estate funds.

Everstone Capital was awarded ‘Private Equity Firm of the Year in India’ by Private Equity International for four consecutive years (2011, 2012 2013 and 2014). The group currently has ~USD 2.5 bn in assets under management.
